Trial creation

Hello,

Last night, after trying to create a 30-day trial, the system displayed a message that my trial was being created.

Today, when I opened the "My trials" page, this error appeared to me...

Error
There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

    We are facing the same problem since Friday evening. Will it be an extension in deadline because of this problem?
