Customer Decision Hub for our Hackathon submission?

Can we build a solution with Customer Decision Hub for our Hackathon submission. If yes, how can we request a environment for the same from Pega? It seems the "Pega Community Edition environment for the Hackathon" is only limited to Pega Platform.
